At RamRods Archery, we stand by the precision and quality of our stabilizer systems and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your gear within 30 days of delivery provided it is in new, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely package the items in their original packaging, ensuring all weights, dampeners, and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
